In its pricing transformation journey, our client acquired licences to a well-known pricing and sales management software solution; PricingWorks worked with both the client and the software vendor to support the implementation and rollout of the chosen pricing software across the organization with Business Analysis services as part of our "Pricing as a Service" portfolio.
Within the project, one of our Business Analysts has fully integrated with the client's project team for a 3-month full-time assignment. During the assignment, PricingWorks has leveraged its deep Pricing expertise and intimate knowledge of the software tool to bring clarity to new business requirements, unambiguously communicate these to the vendor and has ensured effective communication and collaboration between key stakeholders on each side. We have also provided specialist Pricing advice with regards to best practices and approaches for pricing software definition and feature development.
